In 1975, Sidney Irby Sr. opened his first store in Theodore, Alabama as the first franchisee of Crispy Chick. The response to his products and service was overwhelming. Everyone raved about his products, especially since Mr. Irby demanded that every menu item served to each customer be of the highest quality. These standards are continued today!
